Mindful Yoga Walk

A mindful yoga walk is a practice that combines easy standing yoga postures and a walking meditation to cultivate being present and connecting with nature. During a mindful walk, one moves slowly and intentionally, paying attention to each step and breath. This walk is appropriate for all fitness levels.
The 1-hour walk will be led by Kathleen Barton, a 500 Professional Level Kripalu Yoga Teacher. Join us at the Orzech Preserve, 2 Botsford Hill Road — conditions permitting. For more information email Kathleen@roxburylandtrust.org.
