Preserving Roxbury’s Rural Heritage
Established in 1970, the Roxbury Land Trust preserves the rural character of Roxbury, Connecticut and neighboring communities for generations to come.
Today 3,800 acres of woodlands, waterways and farms are conserved as open space under RLT’s stewardship. More than 32 preserves offer 30 miles of hiking trails, stunning vistas, reminders of Roxbury’s history and quiet places to enjoy nature’s splendor.
